How to Reach Us

By phone — the fastest way. Call 605-753-1337 during business hours and you'll usually reach us right away. Describe what's happening and we can often tell you on the spot what it sounds like, roughly what it might cost, and whether it's urgent. There's never a charge for that conversation.

In person — walk-ins welcome. Bring your computer to the shop at 25 5th Street NE in Watertown any time during open hours — no appointment needed for drop-offs. We're on the northeast side of downtown; street parking is right out front. We'll check the machine in, take your contact details, and call you with a diagnosis and estimate before any work begins.

By email or the form. Good for non-urgent questions, quotes for business support, or sending details you don't want to type twice. We answer messages within one business day, usually sooner.

Remote sessions. If we decide together that the problem can be handled remotely, we'll schedule a secure session you start yourself — nothing connects to your machine without you launching it, and you can watch every step.

On-Site Service for Businesses & Rural Customers

Some jobs can't come to us — servers, networks, and anything bolted to a wall. We schedule on-site visits throughout Watertown and the surrounding area, including Milbank, Brookings, Webster and Sisseton. On-site time is $95/hour with a one-hour minimum within Watertown; out-of-town trips include quoted mileage so there are no surprises. Farm and ranch customers: if driving in isn't practical, ask about remote help first — it solves more than most people expect.
