You run a business, not an IT department. We act as your tech staff — on a monthly plan or per-incident — so computer problems stop eating your workday.
Our business clients are the kind you see on every main street in this part of South Dakota: shops, offices, clinics, ag operations and contractors with anywhere from two to twenty-five machines. Big enough that computers matter every hour of the day, too small for a full-time IT hire. That's exactly the gap we've filled since 2008 — an actual local person who knows your setup and picks up the phone.
Paying per incident feels cheaper until you add it up: the emergency call-out, the day of lost work, the problem that had been quietly growing for months. A support plan flips that around — machines get maintained, problems get caught while they're small, and your monthly cost is predictable. Most of our business clients find a contract costs less over a year than the two or three emergencies it prevents.
Not ready for a contract? Call us when something breaks and we'll treat you like everybody else — quick diagnosis, clear estimate, fast fix. Many of our contract clients started exactly that way. On-site calls are available in Watertown and surrounding towns including Milbank, Brookings, Webster and Sisseton; mileage for out-of-town calls is quoted up front.
| Service | Typical Cost |
|---|---|
| Business diagnostic / consultation (first visit) | from $45 |
| Per-incident bench or remote support | $95/hour |
| On-site visit, Watertown | $95/hour, 1-hour minimum |
| On-site visit, surrounding towns | $95/hour + quoted mileage |
| Monthly managed plan, per workstation | from $45/month |
| Server care & monitoring | quoted per environment |
Contract pricing depends on machine count and what you need covered. Ask for a quote — the first walkthrough of your setup costs nothing but a conversation.
No multi-year handcuffs. Our agreements are month-to-month after an initial setup period, because we'd rather earn the renewal than enforce it.
We handle the computer, network and Windows side for any business, and we're used to working alongside specialized vendors — practice management suites, accounting packages, ag software. When a problem is in their code, we document it and push them on your behalf.
Contract clients get priority: remote help typically same-day, often within the hour during business hours. A machine down at 2 PM shouldn't mean a lost afternoon — that's the whole point of the arrangement.
